I’m Kelsey Wiemer, and Here & Now Wellness is my practice. This page explains what happens to the small amount of information this website collects. Everything you share in therapy is covered separately by the confidentiality agreement you receive at the start of working together.
What the site collects
- Collective waiting list — if you ask to be told when the Here & Now Collective opens, your email address is stored so that one email can be sent when it launches. It is not used for anything else.
- Enquiries — if you email or call, what you send is used to reply to you.
- Bookings and intake forms are handled on the booking system you are taken to, under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. Visitor numbers are measured with cookieless analytics that do not identify you.
Where it is kept and for how long
Waiting-list emails are stored in a database hosted in the EU and deleted once the Collective has launched and the notification has gone out, or on request. [Retention period for enquiries — to confirm.]
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything held about you at any time by emailing kelsey@hereandnowwellness.co.uk.
